We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hammad2408f@aptechorangi.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will share instructions on where and how to send your parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hammad2408f@aptechorangi.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
